Account Deletion

You are in control of your data. You may request deletion of your digiRM account at any time, and we'll process your request promptly and securely. This page explains how to start the process and what happens to your information once an account is removed.

How to Request Deletion

Option A · In the App
Delete from your profile
  1. Log in to the digiRM app
  2. Go to Profile → Security & Exit → Delete Account
  3. Confirm the request to begin processing

Send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

What Happens When You Delete

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of submission.

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you have active investments or holdings, please ensure they are settled before requesting deletion.
